Warranty is void without valid proof of purchase from supperclub™ online or one of our stockists. Warranty excludes normal wear & tear, alteration, & damage from unreasonable/improper use. returns / exchanges
Items are eligible for return/exchange within 5 days of receiving the product, item must be unworn & undamaged (same condition you received them). We directly handle returns/exchanges from any purchase made on our site (www.supperclubeyewear.com). Requests must include: Order Number, Name, Frame Style/Color, Reason for Return, and Type of Return (refund or exchange). Return Authorization number will be assigned and emailed to the purchaser along with instructions for return. Contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org (subject line: RETURN/EXCHANGE).
Hand-crafted leather goods are non-refundable and are handled in a case-by-case manner.
For returns/exchanges or warranty claims, securely package supperclub™ frames along with information required (Proof of purchase, purchaser's name, return address, and phone number). All the info you need will be given with authorization email.
Supperclub™ is not responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We highly suggest insuring the deliver so that it gets back to us safely and securely with tracking.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser for all claims (Warranty, Return, Exchange). Δ
Our orders are processed using STRIPE via Squarespace. Please review STRIPE documentation if there are any questions regarding security.
We are a 2-person independent brand based in Miami, and we personally handle all orders. International orders will be handled on a case by case basis. Please email us at: email@example.com before placing an order. As we expand and grow, we truly appreciate our international customers. As such, there are some standard considerations regarding fulfilling internationally. Taxes, Customs, Duties, and/or VAT is the responsibility of the customer and once a package leaves the United States, we have no control over such fees. If a package is refused and we receive a charge for shipping and/or duties, that amount will be deducted from the original order before a refund is completed.
